Will you provide me with a training programme and nutritional plan?

You will be provided with a fully customisable plan tailored to your specific goals. I will also work out your calorie amount and macros to help give you an idea of how much you should be consuming. I can also give guidance on what to consume to help hit these nutritional goals too.

Do you do online coaching?

Online coaching spaces are available for people that cannot commit to face to face coaching sessions or are looking for something more tailored in their training that they need guidance on. Please look at the hybrid coaching section in the my services section.

What happens if I miss a PT session?

I have a 24 hour cancellation notice policy in place. Any sessions cancelled within 24 hours will still be counted as used. Missed sessions with no upfront notice will also be counted as used.

What happens when I go on holiday?

Your progress continues (if you want it to), speak to me in advance of going away and your programme can be adapted to to suit if necessary. Failing that, take the time off to enjoy yourself and then get back on track when you return. Please note, the prices are not adjusted for clients holidays, please read the direct debit policy for further information.
