My name is Tom and I am a CIMSPA certified personal trainer since 2022. I’ve had the pleasure of working with, and learning from fitness mentors with over a combined 20 years experience in the industry. My passion comes from helping men over 40 become the best possible version of themselves. I take pride in getting my clients results but my main concern is to build a sustainable and safe fitness journey for my clients. My clients would say my best traits are my attentive listening to their needs and wants, giving me the ability to build the best possible programme to suit their needs and also my ability to create a positive and challenging environment for them to thrive in.
